Flexible plastic or foam inserts for comfort, support and protection.

The CoolGuard consists of a cover or bra made from Tactel/Lycra® for "cool 'n' dry" comfort and performance. A "double thickness" pocket is formed over each breast to firmly hold the carefully shaped plastic or foam inserts in position. Inserts are easily removed or fitted while CoolGuard is being worn. They do not touch the wearer's body.

CoolGuard has been proven equal to world's top sports bras for support. - (with protection as a bonus!). University tests show that CoolGuard with foam inserts is less than 1.5 degrees warmer than a standard sports bra, but after ten minutes is actually cooler as the "cool 'n' dry" fabric starts to work.

Guard inserts - Plastic

Made from soft but strong Polyethylene. Insert extends around under arm for added protection and to better locate the insert in position. Six sizes available. The complete CoolGuard offers protection against painful knocks in Soccer, Hockey, Rugby, Football, low impact Martial Arts and many other sports.

Also excellent for Jogging where breast weight can cause shoulder strain. CoolGuard supports the breasts and holds them firmly in the natural position and shape. Most sports bras merely pull the breasts tight against the chest.

Super CoolGuard inserts

Recently introduced, the new SUPER CoolGuard inserts are made from foamed PUR (Poly Urethane Reaction). The inserts are reaction molded, resulting in a lightweight closed cell foamed cup. The inside and flexible edge provide comfort, while the exterior provides rigidity for improved impact protection. These inserts fit the CoolGuard sports bra per the table below.
